CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This cancellation, return and refund policy (“Policy”), together with terms and conditions sets out for cancellation, return and refund of products listed and sold on www.tastygrain.ca. The products listed and sold on our Website shall be referred to herein as “Products”.
1. Applicability of Policy:
By using www.tastygrain.ca and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on our website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on www.tastygrain.ca. Please note that, we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your terms of cancellation, return or refund of an order for Product bought on our website. Every time you wish to use www.tastygrain.ca, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
2. Terms of Cancellation:
- Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the date of delivery for a full refund. (For example, if your date of delivery is on Saturday and we expect to receive the cancellation request before 10 AM EST on Friday morning to qualify you for a full refund).
- Cancellation requests within the 24 hour of delivery date is not entertained, as we prepare your order in advance, plan our deliveries as per the orders received and will not be monitoring the cancellation requests within 24 hours of the delivery day. This does not qualify you for any refund but however you can exchange the products once received for the same price if the product is in good condition and the packaging is not opened, sealed properly and the stickers in the packages are in good condition.

3.Exchange, Return and Refund policy:
- No returns are allowed and its only the exchange of products. Once the product is received, you have time up to 7 business days to apply for an exchange if the product is in good condition and if the packaging is not opened, sealed properly and the stickers in the packages are in good condition. You cannot exchange the products, if the package is opened and if the stickers or the package is damaged.
- Refund might take up to 5-10 business days depending on our payment gateway and your financial institution.
- Exchange of products can be applied by contacting our customer service contact number (+1 519-574-4002) Monday to Friday between 10 AM to 7 PM EST. The exchange will be done by our delivery team only during the time of delivery assigned for that particular region which can be checked in our website under “Delivery dates”.
